is the content in Tim Tebow's book appropriate for a 12 year old boy?
I'm concerned about any references to college/dorm life, being chased by or dating women, etc.

It's fine. The reading level might be a challenge to a moderate reader.

Yes. Tim Tebow is a wonderful role model for youngsters and, as a pastor, I would invite young men to read his story. He is unashamed of his faith in Christ, and it comes through clearly in the book. At the same time, Tebow does not paint an artificial picture of what it means to follow the Savior. I find nothing objectionable in this story.
