    Yes,it is indeed Stainless Steel,& if I may also say,VERY well made,durable,and I have ordered 2 so far,& they are just very nicely done! You will not be disappointed with this ring!

    Brushed stainless steel. The carving is filled with what appears to be black gloss enamel.
