Questions & Answers for Randolf Productions Inc Matthew, John & Acts, 6-DVD Set

Question

Are the other two a lot like "The Gospel of John"?

We just love "The Gospel of John" DVD. It is the Best Bible DVD we've ever seen. All of the actors are amazing, and Henry Ian Cusak (the guy was was on LOST) plays Jesus. Are the other videos done as well as The Gospel of John? Do they have the same actors?

The Gospel of John is spoken in a newer English version and comes across well, but is not quite literal. But only picky people like myself will notice and it isn't important to the meaning of the gospel message. Acts and Matthew were done in the 90's in the New International Version (1984, I think). They are both well done and true to the text also. I recommend all three.

The actors in John are different from Matthew and Acts. Since the question of quality is such a personal determination each person may have a different opinion; however, both have 4.5 Stars or higher in our customer review ratings.

I'm not sure if you got the answer to this yet, but it's from the NIV (New International Version).
