Young's Concordance was the first I purchased when I became a believer in 1970. It is based on the King James Version. Its chief "competitor" is Strong's, which has been more popular because a number of other reference works are based upon his numbering system. I have since moved on to other Bible translations, but occasionally still pull down my Young's to search for a word or passage of Scripture. It is large and bulky (as are other exhaustive concordances), which is why I tend to recommend more recent computerized Bible tools today.

Robert Young was educated in private schools and served as an apprentice to a printing business. He used his spare time to study foreign and ancient languages and eventually did some translating work. He joined the Free Church and started teaching. Later in life he started printing and selling books on his own. He was a moderate Calvinist, simple Presbyterian, and a strong textual critic/theologian. This book "Young's Analytical Concordance to the Bible" contains every word in alphabetical order utilizing the original Hebrew or Greek.
