answer 1
The DVD does not follow the book nor does it lend itself to a weekly use with each lesson. Curtis Higgs recommends showing it at the beginning of a study, which is what my study group did. We used our first session for the DVD (which is about 1 1/4 hours long) and met to discuss a single chapter each of the remaining weeks. It's a fun video and provides lots of enthusiasm for the remaining study.

answer 2
Yes. It has a workbook that coincides with the book. The DVD is an overview and also a great introduction to the author.

answer 3
No. You have to review the entire video and write down when the subjects change. You will note that the bulk of the information is really about Adam and Eve, and the remainder of the women are discussed lightly. I managed to present all the snippets to my class, but it took an inordinate amount of time to get the video to the right place and wondered if we may have been better without it. Also, the order of the subjects is different than the book and study guide.
