Question
How to book chapters fit in?
The book has 12 sections and the DVD 6. Do the 6 sessions cover all 12 of the book or could the other six be used as additional weeks study? I really just wanted a 12 week study on the book, not so into the DVD's, more fluff and sure pretty stuff but not the meat and potato's and discussion we like to have. Any thoughts from those that have used it? Oh, and are all DVD segments 18 minutes like the first one?

You do not need anything but the book. Make up your own questions if you want for a group. The participants guide - we just found confusing. The DVD is entertaining and maybe helpful for some but not necessary (it goes with the book). One chapter at a time would be lots for most women to discuss. We can't always get through 2 chapters because we have lots to process. Tears and laughter - Great book!!

The DVD sessions in this study range from 12 to 20 minutes. There are six days of personal study for each session, with two of the days incorporating chapter readings from the book. If you read 1 chapter of the book and divide the daily studies into 3 per week, you could stretch the study into 12 weeks.
