Each session is about 25-35 minutes. The workbook is filled out during the session. There is a suggested memory verse with each lesson but there is not work to do between lessons.

There are 8 sessions of 20-25 minutes each on the 3 DVDs. There are suggestions for actions steps to take at home and a memory verse for each of the 8 lessons.

Each DVD session is approximately 30 minutes long and there are optional "Action Steps" and "At Home" reflections for each lesson in the workbook.
