How many study guides do I need?
I want to do a bible study with this DVD at our home with a group of friends. Is the study guide like a work book where it asks questions and has room to write answers - like Beth Moore bible studies? Do they go along with each session's teachings? Should I have one study guide per couple or person? Thank you!!

I would do 1 studyguide per couple. It does contain fill in the blank that goes with the DVD. It also has group discussion pages that you write in and home application. He give you exercises to do at home with your children and come back and share with the group.

Study guide has the key concepts and you fill in the blank key words. I think one study guide per couple is sufficient. It's possible to order a few books and share among the group.

The study guide serves as a workbook. The follow assignments are very practical.

I would get one per person or at least one per couple. They are like workbooks which go along with the dvd study and you do engage work in them during the dialogue Chip gives during the dvd.

Since the study guide is written in and some questions require personal reflection, it is recommended that each participant have their own copy.

Approximately how long is each DVD session? Also, do we have to use the DVD or can we just use the book and study guide in our Bible Study?

35 to 40 minutes. The DVD's are GREAT. I would definately use them along with the books. We just used 1 book per couple.

Each session is approximately 30-35 mins. Would highly recommend using the dvd... Pastor Ingram does an excellent job of presenting the Word concerning parenting.

Each DVD session is about 20-25 minutes. DVD has to be used. It's helpful to have the study guide, but not required.

Each session is about 45 minutes. You have to have the DVD set, the workbooks have blanks to fill in as you watch each session.

The DVD sessions are about 33 minutes long. The Study Guides were designed to be used with the DVD curriculum, but they can be done with the book alone.

Can you do just the DVD series and the study guide without the book? If using the book, how do you coordinate with all three?

Our group used the DVD and study guide only. It worked GREAT. I am not sure how you could do all three. I would think that the book just repeats what he teaches in the DVD.

Yes, we also use the free download study guide. Had to "tweak" it a little but use with clients at crisis pregnancy center.

Yes, the study can be completed without the book. The study guide doesn't incorporate any suggested readings from the book. It also doesn't provide suggestions for incorporating the book with the DVD Study.
