What exactly am I purchasing here?

I think this is some sort of play or musical, but what I am wondering is what exactly am I purchasing here? Is it a book? Is it a CD? I'm hoping that it is a listening CD with all the songs performed. Thanks.

This exact item is not a CD, but the CD is also available. It is not a Musical nor a play. It is a song book, having both the musical notes (piano) & words to each song, each page having a different Christmas song. A couple songs have more than one version available in the book (Away in the Manger etc.). Hope this helped even though it is after the holidays already. :)

This is sheet music and a script for a musical play set at a Christmas Family Reunion with a total of 9 characters. The book doesn't include a CD.
