Series was written for young learners who study English either as a first language or as a foreign language. It systematically teaches key writing skills on how to write correct sentences and how to develop sentences into coherent paragraphs. Each book provides clear and concise lessons, supported by graded exercises as students progress through the various types of sentences. They also learn about the expansion of sentences by means of adjectives and adverbs; linking by means of conjunctions; and the combining of sentences into paragraphs. Each unit consists of two or more pages of explanatory material, with each point illustrated with examples, followed by four or five practice exercises.
