This vendor offers 4 different sizes from small, medium, large, and extra large. I have found one that fits ALL my bibles and breviaries from the small 4-book set of the Liturgy of the Hours up to the HUGE book of the Jerome Study Bible. Their prices are very reasonable and what I did was buy one of each size and have found uses for all of them.
Now I buy them for gifts for the guys in my deacon class for their bibles and breviaries.

This cover is designed to fit Bibles up to 10" x 7" x 1 3/4". We recommend selecting a Bible cover slightly larger than your Bible size. If you are a serious note-taker, or if you wish to include a study journal or Bible study book, please allow room as you calculate to avoid a too-snug fit.

My bible is 9.5" x 6.25" x 1.75" and it fits with plenty of extra room.
The product dimensions are 10.75" x 7.75" x 2.25"
It would appear it can accommodate a bible as large as 10" x 7" x 2".
