have you had any problems with this item leaking?

Love the one I received for Christmas, my favorite verse. But, it leaks so badly,,,,have you received any feedback on this? I called and was treated very well, was told you would ship me another, so am just wondering,,

I have all 4 cups in this series. Non of them leak.

This mug is not intended to be completely water-tight, however it should not leak around the lid seal. This mug is not immersible, dishwasher safe or microwaveable.
