Mention 4 inches, what is the range of the heights of all?

Are they easily broken? THis is the pewter set with 11 figures.

No! I just opened my set today and it is very solid. There is weight to each piece and I don't see how it could be broken. A beautiful set that little hands can't hurt !!

Well, it's not the kind of set that should be played with, but I don't think normal handling would cause it to break. Having said that, my set arrived with two broken pieces, but CBD replaced the set promptly.

The figures in this set range from 4" (Angel) to 1.25" (Manger w/Jesus). It is made out of resin which could be broken, but not easily.
