Question
What are the ownership terms of this book?
I am in college, and all my text books are digital. However, these books, unlike paper books, are only licensed to me for 5 years. Is there a similar clause for these ebooks?

answer 1
No. The norm with digital books is when you buy them, they're yours to keep, and that's the way it is here and at other online bookstores.
When you're only given an ebook for a certain period of time, such as when borrowing one from the library or with your college program, the file generally becomes inaccessible after the alloted time is up. So it's more of a loan than actual ownership.
When you purchase an ebook from a store, you own that copy and your right to have it never expires any more than it would a paper book.
