There is nothing in the devotional that refers exclusively to women, but I think the writing style tends to be a bit more appealing to women as it is written in very tender and loving language. However, I know men who have enjoyed it too.

I think it could be for either. The author helps the reader to develop a closer, more personal relationship with Jesus.

It could be read by either, but I do think it got a "flair" that's might come across as for women more than men.
