Yes. I just got the mug and the verse is printed on the back in the same font as is pictured on the box if you can see it on the box in the picture online. (Can't remember if it shows.) The back of the mug is just off-white (no picture repeated) and the verse is in the middle of the back.

Wish I knew. I just got the mug and the mug itself does not say microwave safe on the bottom. Nothing on the description on the site mentions it either. So I don't think I'll be using it in the microwave. I've ordered two other gift-boxed mugs for gifts and the site said microwave-safe but the mugs themselves did not. The users say they are using them in the microwave and not having problems.

The box says it's made in China. Nothing on the box mentions if it contains lead.
