The publisher recommends using the participant's guide in conjunction with the DVD. It contains daily studies to help participants prepare for the upcoming session and pages for note-taking and personal reflection, so it would be best for each person to have their own copy.

This one DVD which features six small group teaching sessions/video segments that are about 25 minutes in length. It also includes 5 complete messages that are about 45 - 50 minutes in length.
