Are these DVDs the full length (60 min.) or do they leave out some features in order to cut the time?

I have several of the Hermie and Friends videos and I believe all of them are about 40 minutes and have bonus features that make up the additional 20 minutes. There is usually a read-a-long book, a behind the scenes feature, a sing-a-long song, a trivia game about that particular video and something about the making of the video - often introducing you to the voices behind the characters.
