Can you play it in your car through the car stereo?
Is there some sort of cord you can buy or something that would allow you to play it through the car stereo so everyone can hear it? If yes, what would that be called and where do you purchase? A store like Radio Shack???

Yes. I got mine at Wal-Mart from the electronics section. The cord is about 3ft long and works great.

This device has a FM transmitter which allows listening to it through the car stereo without any cords, quite amazing.

Yes, it has a 3.5mm jack so with the appropriate hardware, you should be able to run it through your car's stereo. A local electronics store, such as Radio Shack, should be able to help you get the hardware you would need.
