Many ebooks are licensed to be sold only in certain countries. This is obviously one of them. It is beyond the control of Christian Book - you would need to contact the publisher directly to see if and when they anticipate making the rights available in Canada and other English-speaking countries.

Unfortunately, due to license agreements, you may only purchase and download eBooks to locations within the 50 United States.
