Most definitely. While the book is mostly about seal training, the author does share his faith journey and the change Christ made in his life.

Yes. This is the personal testimony of a young man whose life's ambition was to become a Seal. He gives a lot of detail of his training and finishes with him coming to realize that there is more to life than being a Seal.
