answer 1
Well, I actually have the very largest version of the ESV Study Bible, a large-print, hardcover Bible, and it fits almost perfectly. I 'spose for a medium or large Bible it would be better to get a regular-size case. It is a large cover: I can also carry an (exhaustive) concordance, the Bible, and a Dictionary-all three-in the case together! But, you can buy it & return it if you find it too big. CBD is a very reasonable company & I'm sure you'dget a refund/credit. But for me, it' s a keeper.

answer 2
Ii seems more like a small briefcase. I carry my 2011 NIV Study Bible in it but the case has room for other things such as a notebook and pens at the same time.
