I have the genuine leather HCSB Study Bible. Yes it is Smyth sewn. It is a very high quality Bible (binding, print, Bible paper, etc.).

9 point for the biblical text. 7 - 8 point for the study notes would be my best guess. Both are very readable. This is a tremendous study bible.

The original HCSB Study Bible has a brief topical concordance. Newer formats of the HCSB, released starting in 2012, will contain an actual word concordance. The brown and mahogany imitation leather editions currently contain the word concordance. As the original stock is sold out, the newer replacements will contain the word concordance as well.
