John MacArthur draws from a number of translations in his commentary series. This volume uses the New American Standard, New King James and English Standard Versions.

Is he planning to do chapters 11-24?
Why does MacArthur only cover Luke to chapter 10? Is he planning to do chapters 11-24 in a later commentary?

The publisher hasn't yet indicated when the next volume in this series is coming out. The first volume on Luke was released back in 2009 and the second volume just came out last year, so there has been about a two period between each commentary. As far as we know MacArthur is still working on the series.
