If someone helped them know which button was play and skip forward i think they could listen through the whole bible, not sure they could choose which book/verse specifically without asking someone to read the list for them
I would think that it would be a great gift for a blind person. Once they have someone teach them how the different buttons work, which shouldn't take too long, they could be blessed by hearing God's word at their convenience! It might be nice to set it up with the optional external speakers, so other sounds could be heard if need be. Also, it could be set up with old computer speakers. I found some at a second hand store. You need the ones that have a wire connecting the two speakers, a wire with a small audio jack to connect to the device and also a wire that plugs into a house outlet that amplifies the sound.

This item would not be navigable by someone who is blind. However CBD stock number WW642097 has a voice menu that can be set up for those who are sight impaired.
