Scripture references in these commentaries are primarily taken from the NKJV, with some references from the ESV.

Selecting individual commentaries I find 3 different cover styles. If I purchase the entire set, do all books appear the same or will it be mixed styles based on what is available?

We check with both the publisher and John MacArthur's ministry and neither was able to provide the location of the Puerto Princessa reference.
