Is 1998 the publication date?

I want to verify that 1998 is the publication date. There is a newer version with a 2003 publication date. I am specifically looking for the 1998 printing as the clarity of the printing is much better from this year.

It is the Updated Edition copyright 1995. The print quality and paper on this Bible is very good.

Quality of genuine leather?

I'm looking for NASB Bibles, either a personal size Bible or a Life Application Study Bible, with a supple leather cover (similar quality to the Renaissance Leather offered in 1984 NIV). How soft and supple are the NASB "genuine leather" covers? Thank you.

The genuine leather on this Bible is high quality semi-flexible with a matte appearance. If you are looking for an ultrasoft leather with a supple texture you would want to look for a Bible with a Renaissance or Premium leather cover.
