answer 1
The accompanying booklet gives a brief history, which is followed by tables that indicate the content of each page, using standard Bible references. There is no translation included, but the text is transcribed on the Codex Sinaiticus website and a translation into English does appear there for some pages. However, I believe that the English "translation" is in fact taken from an English version of the Bible, so it would not be an actual translation of this text (not that there are likely to be many pages where the two would diverge).

answer 2
There is some info in the book Codex Sinainiticus -- Story of the Codex ww565775. No english in the Codex itself just greek notes and corrections. But! you won't care if you seen this Bible. Now I finally am getting more serious about learning Greek just to read this Bible.

answer 3
The book itself is entirely in Greek. Each page is a high resolution copy of the original parchment papers. The small pamphlet that comes with it does give a brief history of the Sianaticus, plus a guide to looking up scriptures. There are no spaces between words nor punctuation. Its written in Caps.
