I don't really know. The 12 copies I ordered all seemed fine. The only thing I could see was the were a little tightly bound, but that did not affect reading or enjoyment. It made it very affordable for everyone in our Bible study group.

I found no imperfections in my copy. There may be some with wrinkles in the cover, I'm not sure what 'imperfections' might be. I was very satisfied with mine.
