I don't think they prayed or asked for God's help, but I also don't think there was any bad language. It's been awhile since I watched this movie.

A few little words at the beginning of the movie, as the husband is battling faith and life. As the movie progresses, he becomes a Christian / a believer. Highly recommended we all need more faith.
