I am not familiar with A Place of Healing..but I am familiar with Pearls of great price...which I have. Joni is wonderful...she shares from her heart and her experiences of what she goes through. If they read it...it would help them...and anyone....I love it...not sure about the other book though

"Pearls of Great Price" is an excellent devotional, but it would take your friend a full year to receive all the blessings stored up in it. In "A Place of Healing" Joni "takes you on a very personal, intimate journey back to foundational questions about healing, suffering and hope." Your friend could receive the full benefits of this book in a matter of days or weeks. We recommend reading the sample pages provided on our website to see which book would best fit your friend's needs.
