Memoria Press Second Form Latin, Student Text

Forge forward with your Latin studies. This uncluttered, small (8" x 8") textbook features 180 additional words, building upon the 185 taught in First Form Latin, and taught through the same "Grammar-First" approach. Thirty lessons teach vocabulary derivatives, detailed explanations of Latin sayings, syntax, and grammar, with a review of the material from the previous course. Four to six pages of exercises per lesson help with retention and mastery. Conjugations are clearly shown in two-tone colors, visually emphasizing the important or changing parts students need to memorize. Designed for teachers with no background in Latin, Second Form Latin is recommended for grades 6-12, or for students who have completed Latina Christiana II; Second Form Latin may be taught to students of all ages since beginners, regardless of age, are in the grammar stage of learning. 119 pages, softcover.
