My 16 year old daughter is enjoying this Bible study and says that she thinks it is very appropriate for 13-16 year olds. Nothing too mature for a 13 year old yet still very relevant to a 16 year old.

Yes, probably more relatable to 15-16 year olds, but definitely appropriate for the 13-16 age range.
