Varies but ~30mins. I was able to show the session and have 30-40 mins in my hour class for workbook or discussion. The hard part was I really needed 1.5 hours to ensure I could get all they way through each sessions guide. I ended up picking and choosing the discussion questions that were relevant to my group.
