I have the Baker Books publication and the introduction is found on page 11 after the 4 forwards are introduced. You have: forward to the first edition, forward to the second edition, forward to the third edition and forward to the fourth edition THEN the introduction. Hope that helps. This book contains the Forewords from the First, Second and Third editions at the beginning of the book.
