Can I get 'Bringing Up Girls' in PDF format?
Hello, would love to purchase an ebook copy of 'Bringing up Girls' b Dr James Dobson, but would love to get it in pdf. Is this possible?

It is not available through CBD in a PDF format. But often times if you contact the publisher of the book you can purchase a PDF format from them. They usually will ask you what your purpose is for having it in PDF format.
They are concerned that someone might take a PDF format and make that available to a group of students or Bible Study members which basically becomes a copyright infringement.
But I have found that when I contact the publisher and explain what I am up to they will often times let me have a PDF format or if I want a group price for giving the book to my Bible Study Groups they will come up with a multiple copy discount that you can't always get through distributors.
CBD does offer excellent prices for multiple copies at times, but for a PDF format you usually have to go direct to the publisher.
