Most of the reveiws are from people who read the book within like three to seven days. Does it actually last?

We have been using this plan for a couple of months now, but I can already see the results are lifelong, as long as you stick with the plan.

That is totally up to you. The book isn't designed to change your child, initially, it is designed to change the parent and the child, naturally, is changed through that process. Yes, it does have lasting results - if the parent keeps up with it. I can say that following the guidelines has made remarkable changes in our house.

answer 4
If you consistently apply - and faithfully continue to apply - the simple principles in the book, the results will be good.

If you have older teens who already have a car, the book does not help much because you have so little to use as incentive. But with younger children, it works.
