This Bible is approximately 8.5 inches by 5.5 inches with a thickness of approximately 1.5 inches. The print is small and the colums are double row on a page (rather than a single paragraph style like a novel). It includes the Old and New Testamant. It contains an "introduction to the books of the bible" with a small paragraph on each of the books, it contains a timeline of the life of Jesus, and a "summary story" in the back on "Life in New Testament Times", allong with a Dictoinary and Concordance.

Yes, this is a full size Bible. It's dimensions are approximately 5.75" x 8.5".
