How long is each session? How many sessions?
I am interested in the Parrott DVD study "You Matter More Than You Think". Our small group is made up of working women who meet to eat and study once a week during the lunch hour. They also don't want a study with "homework". Will this study work for that time frame and how many weeks would it run?

The DVD session times are (1) 7 minutes; (2) 14 minutes; (3) 12 minutes; (4) 15 minutes; (5) 13 minutes; and (6) 13 minutes. You could just use the discussion questions after viewing the video segments.
