The Way Children's Leader Guide is designed as a companion study for Adam Hamilton's book and bible study program The Way: Walking in the Footsteps of Jesus. The study contains seven lessons in total: six study lessons plus an extra lesson for Easter. This naturally lends itself to a Lenten study but the life of Jesus is also worthy of study year round. Leaders follow the Large Group / Small Group format with two small groups designed for children aged 5 to 7 years old and 8 to 11 years old.
