I bought one about a month ago, and it just had a little bump on the corner of the outer box, which would have gone unnoticed had we didn't know about the condition.
There's nothing wrong with the CDs or the audio. Don't hesitate to do it!!!

I have yet to find a defect. The audio sounds fine and the CDs are not scratched at all.

so far the only thing I saw that is imperfect was the cover of the case was bent. I haven't run into any sound problems.

On mine, Many of the tracks are mislabeled. I just posted a review that should be up soon.
I had 1 disk that was warped or off balance but I was able to get it to work so I could rip the audio to my computer.

The outer box has a couple wrikles in it. However the permanent case inside and the CD's are perfect, just like the sound. It is a great choice!
