The technology tape DVD shows a teacher who lectures on the lesson. She also covers the example and practice problems. However, she does not cover the problem sets, which is a huge weakness of these DVDs.

I recommend getting the Saxon Teacher DVDs, they are the only product that gives step-by-step instructions on how to solve for all the problems (examples, practice, and problem sets). It also gives a brief overview of the lesson.

Both "Teaching Tapes DVDs" and "DIVE CD-ROMs" teach the concepts presented in the Saxon Math Books. They cover the lessons, investigations, and lesson practice problems. They do not review solutions to the problem sets or tests. The primary difference between the two is "Teaching Tapes" features an actual classroom teacher, while "DIVE" is in a digital whiteboard format where you hear the teaching, but only see a cursor illustrating the problems. Also, "Teaching Tapes" can be played on a computer or DVD player, while "DIVE" can only be used in a computer.
