I personally use anointing oil every day and do believe it would be good in aiding healing..

I don't know exactly, but when I got a version of the 'Spikenard' the box said: "Is anyone among you needing healing'? Though it also says, the 'Mary Magdelena'
in-part description in the catalog.... so if it was a replica of the perfume that Mary Magdelena poured on Jesus... well then it was not used for healing in that time. I bought it because I wanted to tell the story of Mary Magdelena's love for Jesus to the recipient. Hope this was helpful. The CCD Teacher

Anointing oil is mentioned throughout the Word of God and is important in praying for the sick according to James 5:14.
