Question
Appropriate for 2nd grade?
I am looking for a History program for my 2nd graders, this sounds great but is it all going to be too old for them. I am confused about how to apply this. Would we go through it now using the elementary workbook and then again in middle school using the other workbook? Is there more in the series for the next years in elementary school?

answer 1
This series is so good (maybe the best one), I would use it with any grade and just adjust it down to the level as needed. In the subsequent school years, there will be something new to learn and to do and HisStory will remain fun and exciting.

I bought the complete set and realized that is was too much for my 1st and 3rd grader. However I kept for later use and will just use the elementary workbook for now. Which is also, tons of fun!

The elementary workbook is appropriate for grades K-4 and the standard workbook is for grades 5-12. This curriculum can be completed in 1 to 2 years and can be used again when your student is older. Volume 2 in this series is "Romans, Reformers and Revolutionaries" (CBD stock number WW921790).
