It just means that these books were actually written a few years ago but they recently redid the covers and remarketed them to sell more.

I bought all 5 of this series as "Repackaged" and the size and quality is great!

I think 'rpkgd' means repackaged - in the case of the Million Dollar Mysteries, I think it means this is the reprinted edition, not the original edition. Same words, different cover.

The cover has changed since I bought the series (just after the fifth book came out). I think that's what they mean by repackaged. I just bought the ebook version and I was surprised that it was the same book, but with a different cover than my paper copy.
