Can these mps downloads be purchased and uploaded to an ipod touch?

Yes. MP3's can be imported into iTunes. Which is what I do. The advantage of downloading the MP3's is that each episode will come as one file which is easy to manage. If you rip the CD into iTunes each episode will be ripped into 3 or 4 separate files. The disadvantage of the separate files is if you use random play they can be played in the wrong order.
