Serendipity Bible Studies are designed to encourage growth in relationships with Jesus Christ and each other. Each week's study includes an ice-breaker to get to know each other and which is related to the topic, Bible reading with discussion, and caring time for prayer. In this Foundational Truths study, The essential beliefs you will examine are based on the Apostles' Creed—the most familiar confession of the church. While some denominations and autonomous churches eschew all creeds as being mere human documents, most nevertheless hold to the truths of the Apostles' Creed. These six themes will be examined: God the Father, Jesus Christ, The Holy Spirit, The church universal, the forgiveness of sins, and the life everlasting. This study will work best with groups in the Growth and Develop stages.
