I'm pretty sure the one you're looking for is "Heaven is the Face". He wrote that one after she died! If you were looking for the one he wrote for his daughters before the accident, it's called "Cinderella"! Both are amazing songs! I hope that one of those songs was the one you were looking for!

The name of the album is "Beauty Will Rise", and the first song he wrote after Maria's passing is "Just Have to Wait".
