Not sure who wrote it but it is on two alblums that i know of The Country Gentlemen, On the EMI label ,a mix of different Artist 1993 Vintage,and A group called Greater Vision did it in 2005 on the Provident Music Dist. Label. Hope this helps!

"It's Just Like Heaven" was written by W. Oliver Cooper. We do not currently carry a performance track or song book for this song or album.
